Purchase Options

Standard Purchase A once-off payment for a single item or order. Payment is processed immediately at checkout.

Pre-Orders Some items may be available for pre-order. Payment is collected at the time of ordering. Expected delivery dates will be communicated at checkout and via email confirmation.

Bundles & Promotions From time to time, Heartscrip may offer bundled products or promotional deals. These are subject to availability and specific terms will be stated at the time of the offer.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations by Customer

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped
  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@heartscrip.co.za or 071 846 8258
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will fall under our Returns & Refunds Policy

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before the item has been dispatched
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Cancellations by Heartscrip Heartscrip reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Item is out of stock or no longer available
  • Payment could not be verified or was declined
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Pricing or listing errors

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Banking processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Consumer Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008 of South Africa, customers have the right to cancel certain agreements and receive a refund where applicable. Heartscrip is committed to fair and transparent dealings with all customers.
